Q. How do I request a book or article the UCSC library doesn't have?

Answer

The fastest and most accurate method for UCSC users to borrow items from other libraries is to use Melvyl Request. Articles can also be requested directly from databases via  or initiated via the Citation Linker (complete citations only). Courtesy patrons requesting NRLF materials should use the courtesy request forms.
